Return Policy

At HugsyBox™, every gift is prepared with care — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right. You can request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received.

📦 How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our support team at hugsybox [at] gmail [dot] com and include your order number and reason for return.

Do not send any items back without prior confirmation. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Once your request is approved, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable)
  • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package

The return address and instructions will be provided once your return has been approved.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

⚠️ Exceptions

  • We cannot accept returns on used, damaged, or customized items.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items or products that have been opened cannot be returned.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
